Dawn Lee (she/they) has over 23 combined years of experience as a consultant and talent development coach to leaders and teams navigating transition, transformation, and change. She is an equity-minded seasoned educator, former tenured faculty member, and trained qualitative researcher with a Ph.D., who brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, deep listening, and systems thinking.
Her experience and training informs her work as a thought-partner who sees the through-lines others miss. She is a fearless front-of-room facilitator and a steady, emotionally intelligent presence in moments of ambiguity and challenge. Her approach is human-centered, collaborative, trauma-informed, and driven by a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.

Keith Edwards (he/him/his) is a trusted higher education leader with a PhD in Higher Education Administration, 20+ years in higher education leadership roles, 1,500+ hours coaching higher education and other senior leaders, experience working with hundreds of institutions of higher education, engaged with the most up to date issues and insight in higher education as host of Student Affairs Now, and an unconventional scholar with 30+ articles, chapters, and book chapters on leading higher education.

Dr. Brian Arao (he/him/his) is is an innovative and passionate coach, consultant, and facilitator who excels at helping leaders to cultivate inclusive leadership practices, build high-performing teams, and foster organizational cultures that prioritize inclusive excellence. He focused on this work for over 20 years as a senior leader in higher education, navigating complex organizational structures, developing and implementing successful inclusion strategies, and leading and inspiring diverse teams. His expertise includes creating "brave space" for diverse groups to engage in learning and dialogue around challenging and sensitive topics, managing change, and navigating conflict.
